What We Can Do For You

Our team is our advantage at Sante Medical. Dr. Bobby Sreenivasan and Nurse Practitioner Anra Clark have been expertly trained in the MD Codes guidelines developed by renowned plastic surgeon Dr. Mauricio de Maio.  They follow this revolutionary method to create the best and most natural results possible.  The MD Codes method delivers safe and predictable results in eight specific areas on the face. Juvederm and dermal fillers continue to grow in popularity and the art of injecting Juvederm is evolving to a real art form. Dermal fillers when performed by a skilled injector, look fantastic, and you might be amazed to learn what other area filler can achieve results in.

Dermal filler injections can be used to volumize sunken cheeks, a sagging chin and hollowing of the temple area to take years off your appearance.

Facial wrinkles above and around the lips can begin to appear over time due to everyday lip muscle movement. However, environmental factors such as exposure to sunlight, smoking and stress can also contribute to the formation of vertical lip lines. Dermal fillers can be used to fill out the vertical lines that run upwards toward the nose (‘smoker’ or ‘lipstick’ lines) and achieve a more aesthetically pleasing lip contour.

Facial Symmetry and Balance

Dermal fillers can be used to balance chin profile relative to nasal projection, and be used to provide facial balance and symmetry.

Jowls and Jawline

Facial volume loss, lax skin and the effects of gravity can cause our facial features to sag. Placing dermal fillers strategically in the affected areas can serve to lift the skin and reduce the appearance of jowls.

Smile Lines

Smile lines run vertically from the bottom of the nose to the corners of the mouth. Dermal fillers can fill out the fold, making it less pronounced without sacrificing the beauty of your natural smile.

Under Eye – Tear Troughs
Marionette Lines and Downturned Expression

Marionette lines are the vertical facial creases that form below the corners of the mouth, extending downward towards the chin. Dermal filler can lift the skin to reduce the appearance of sagging and down turned expressions – making you look sad or angry.

How Juvederm and Dermal Fillers Work

The most popular class of dermal fillers are based on hyaluronic acid (HA); a sugar found naturally in human skin. HA works by binding about 1,000 times its weight in water. By binding water molecules, hyaluronic acid-based products add volume to the skin to smooth wrinkles and folds, plump lips, and remove scars. HA may also help to stimulate your own body’s production of collagen over time.

What’s the difference – Botox vs. Juvederm

Neurotoxins, like Botox Cosmetic, is a muscle relaxant that will help to smooth out dynamic lines associated with aging. Dermal fillers like Juvederm, are used to create contours, and to fill in deep wrinkles and depressions that are static in nature. They are also used to enhance facial features and restore volume.

Botox Cosmetic and dermal fillers are often used in combination, depending on the type of results that you want to achieve.

About The Procedure

The procedure is non-invasive with minimal downtime or recovery. Treatment time may vary depending on areas treated and usually take between 15 to 45 minutes. Patients can undergo a full treatment during their lunch hour and go right back to work.
